High Society Annual Cleaning
Sky Access has proudly serviced High Society and its neighbouring towers every year since our inception. The project involves full abseil façade cleaning and specialist pest spraying across all four buildings in the complex — High Society, Republic, Knightfall, and Dusk.
Standing as Canberra’s tallest building, High Society presents a unique challenge requiring precision rope access techniques and licensed pest control applications. Our experienced team ensures each tower is maintained to the highest standard, protecting both the building’s presentation and the comfort of its residents.
Wova Complex Initial Clean
Sky Access was engaged to deliver the initial clean of the WOVA apartment complexes in Woden, working in collaboration with SPEC Services on behalf of GEOCON. An initial clean goes beyond standard façade maintenance — it requires the detailed removal of construction debris, dust, sealant marks, and other residues that build up during the construction process. This type of clean is time-intensive and highly specialised, ensuring the buildings are handed over in pristine condition and ready for residents.
We have also been contracted to continue the annual clean for this complex for the next 3 years.
Law Courts Aid Climb install
Sky Access undertook a highly challenging AID climb installation project at the Law Courts, with the goal of enabling safe access to atrium areas that previously could not be cleaned. Over 150 anchor points were strategically installed throughout the complex to provide full coverage.
The project, which is still ongoing, required extensive planning and collaboration. We engaged Sellick Engineers to confirm the structural integrity of the building and ensure all points could be safely installed and loaded. Works were carefully scheduled on weekends over a three-month period to avoid disruption to the daily operations of the courts.
All points were installed without the use of scaffolding, relying solely on rope access and direct access from the roof. This project demonstrates our ability to plan, engineer, and deliver complex access solutions in high-profile, sensitive environments.
